Welcome to the BCAHL Adult Learn to Play program!

Whether you've never stepped on the ice before, played hockey years ago, or just want to learn the basics before joining an adult league, this program is designed to give you the skills and confidence to enjoy the game.

Over the course of the program, we'll work on the fundamentals of hockey, including skating, stickhandling, passing, shooting, positioning, and game play. No previous hockey experience is required.
